Massachusetts Estate Tax Returns
The Massachusetts state module permits you to prepare the Massachusetts Estate Tax Return, Form M-706, for residents and non-residents. You can also print the 1999 version of Form 706 that must accompanying the Massachusetts return. You enter most of the information required to complete the Massachusetts return in GEM706. However, GEM706-MA also gives you the flexibility to enter information required only on the Massachusetts return.
