Oregon Estate Tax Returns
The Oregon state module permits you to prepare the Oregon Estate Transfer Tax Return, Form OR706, for residents and non-residents. You enter most of the information required to complete the Oregon return in GEM706. However, GEM706-OR also gives you the flexibility to enter information required only on the Oregon return.
