The Rhode Island state module permits you to prepare the Rhode Island Estate Tax Return, Form RI-706, for residents and nonresidents. You enter most of the information required to complete the return in GEM706. However, GEM706-RI also gives you the flexibility to enter information only required on the Rhode Island return.
